100% analog technology,
because emotions are not digital
Made to inspire
All my pedals have been designed from ground up, to create the sounds that I hear in my head.
While all ideas are conceived from inspiration,
I do not make any clones or simple modifications of existing products.

Sound samples
Here are some sound samples. Many factors affect the sound of a pedal, including the choice of amp and guitar, but of course also the settings of each gear component.
The below sound samples only show one setting for each pedal, and do not purport to show their versatility. These are simply sounds that I like personally. But hopefully you get some idea of what kind of pedal each of them is.
GooseBumper
A small taste of what the GooseBumper can do.
IzaCat II
Listen to the cat hiss and growl.
Holy Smokes
Follow the smoke to the riff filled land.
Heavy Mental
Listen to ATA's two-channel distortion pedal Heavy Mental.
ATA's mini booster/distortion, in the context of a song.
ElectroCute

Built by hand
All pedals are assembled in Uppsala, by hand. Each component and finished product is tested to perform and sound as expected.
This is not mass production; creating pedals is my hobby. However, each pedal is made to meet the highest of expectations, namely my own.
So why analog pedals
when there are digital multi-effects...?
Today's digital effects and amp modellers are capable of recreating the sound of almost any existing amp or distortion pedal. So why then would you use analog pedals?
Well, there is of course the hassle of downloading and using apps, screen menus and multifunction knobs and buttons, which to many people may kill the inspiration before they even get going.
But also, on a slightly deeper level, you are perhaps a person who likes the idea of creating a personal sound rather than copying the sound of others. Perhaps you enjoy the quest of an alluring sonic goal and are happy to experiment and take some risks for the potential reward of experiencing the unexpected.
If this is true, you probably view your instruments and gadgets as tools to inspire you on this journey toward that individual expression, and you love to develop and shape your sound directly and organically by manipulating simple controls with your fingers.
And you have probably realized that the key to the door of that hidden treasure is not found in perfection, but more likely in dynamics and the untamed, tarnished and slightly broken tones that can be generated by just a handful physical components, wires and switches.
If you are looking to express yourself and your emotions truly, you will have understood that neither you nor anyone (or anything) that you love is perfect. And that beauty can only exist in the tension between the imperfections of an expression, and the idea of perfection that it represents.
