Making guitar effects is my hobby. I do not make or sell the pedals to make a profit, but for the prospect of possibly recouping some costs to help sustain my hobby. Hence, all pedals are sold by me as a private individual, not as a business entity.

Regardless, each pedal is carefully assembled, tested and packaged in Uppsala, Sweden, to the highest possible standards. In the unlikely event a pedal would be faulty and not work as designed upon delivery, I will of course make all reasonable efforts to repair it without charge or, at my option, provide a replacement unit or refund the purchase price if the unit is confirmed by me to have been faulty upon delivery and further provided that it is returned properly to me, within 30 days from delivery, in appropriate packaging (with the pedal wrapped in bubble wrap and packaged in a tape sealed box that provides reasonable protection against the elements and potential rough handling by transporters).

Obviously, my above undertaking does not apply if the pedal has been tinkered with, abused or otherwise improperly handled, which includes the use of incorrect power supply. 

IMPORTANT: ALL PEDALS MUST BE POWERED BY CENTER NEGATIVE 2.1MM +9V DC "BOSS STYLE" POWER SUPPLY, DESIGNED FOR USE WITH GUITAR EFFECT PEDALS. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT USING AN INCORRECT POWER SORCE WITH THE PEDALS, EVEN VERY BRIEFLY, MAY CAUSE IRREPARABLE DAMAGE. 

Contact me by e-mail if you believe that you have received a faulty product and may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. And if the pedal would stop working later on (even for other suspected reasons than those I have mentioned above), feel free to reach out to me by e-mail. I feel that it is in my interest that my pedals continue to work and can be played for as long as reasonably possible and so I want to know if and why it is not working and am willing to explore possible solutions together with my customers, all to a reasonable extent of course. 

However, needless to say, degradation with time and use is inevitable with all physical objects, including my pedals unfortunately. So wear and tear is nothing that I can do anything about, but I do use good quality standard components and powder coated aluminium enclosures with UV printed artwork. 

Pedals are shipped Ex Works, ATA's manufacturing site in Uppsala. 

All prices are stated excluding any applicable taxes, duties, charges and fees. This includes shipping and handling fees, which will be added to an order upon check-out, except for delivery to a destination within Sweden in which case shipping is free of charge. All prices are stated in SEK. Any denomination other than SEK, e.g. EUR , is an approximation only.
